FALLS COUNTY, TEXAS — Falls County officials responded to another crash overnight along the same dangerous stretch of road where a Falls County Deputy was killed in October.
Officials say the accident involved a motorcycle and happened on SH 6 near County Road 131 between Riesel and Marlin shortly after midnight.
In November, a single vehicle roll-over crash was reported near the same area, just yards away from where a cross was placed for Deputy Matt Jones.
Officials said then the area is a dangerous road and called for solutions to improve driving conditions in the area.
