5 suspects arrested minutes after robbing T-Mobile of iPhones, Apple Watches

COLLEGE STATION, TX — The College Station Police Department has arrested 4 suspects that robbed a T-Mobile the day after Christmas.

Police said that around 6:23 p.m., they responded to a call at the store on the 4400 block of State Highway 6 South. Police were told four suspects threatened violence in order to gain access to the store's safe.

The suspects took all the store's iPhones, Apple Watches, AirPods and Samsung Notes before leaving in two separate vehicles.

With the help of DPS, the Grimes County Sheriff's Office and the Navasota Police Department, officers were able to locate and stop both vehicles without incident.

The first vehicle was stopped at State Highway 6, north of Navasota about 10 minutes after the crime was committed. Two people were arrested in that vehicle.

In the second vehicle, three suspects were arrested 20 minutes after the crime was committed. This vehicle was also stopped on State Highway 6, but south of Navasota.

All five suspects were arrested for robbery, a second-degree felony. All of the stolen merchandise was recovered. No one was injured during this offense.

Jaqweec Tywhon Biggles, a 27-year old resident of Houston, Texas; Michael Dwyane Smith, a 27-year-old resident of Houston, Texas; Terry Jarome Simmons, a 25-year-old resident of Spring, Texas; Dedsimon Melvel Ford, a 23-year-old resident of Spring, Texas; and Jarvis Marcele Flint, a 21-year-old resident of Houston, Texas are in the Brazos County Jail.
