HEARNE, TX — Two men were shot after an altercation at a local diner, according to the Hearne Police Department.
Police say officers responded around 2:10 a.m. to a disturbance at Penny's Diner located in the 1000 block of N. Market St.
Upon arrival, officers discovered two men with gun shot wounds.
The victims were transported to the hospital via ambulance.
Police say the suspect(s) are still at large but they do not believe the public to be in any further danger.
