LULAC announced plans for a protest and rosary Friday evening in honor of Spc. Vanessa Guillen.
The protests will continue Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the intersection near North Fort Hood St. and West Rancier Avenue.
District Director for LULAC, AnaLuisa Tapia, says the continued protests aim to get lawmakers in Washington D.C. to support the #IamVanessaGuillen bill.
LULAC also announced a public rosary in honor of Guillen at 7 p.m. in the same location as the protest.
