FORT HOOD, Texas (KXXV) — Fort Hood hosts a Change of Command ceremony Friday.
Col. Lakicia Stokes relinquished command of the Garrison to Col. Mark McClellan, who comes from USAG-Fort Benning.
Col. McClellan served as Director of the Department of Tactics, Training, and Doctrine Command.
Col Stokes took command of U.S. Army Garrison in July 2023.
