WACO, TX — Local Waco Distillery, Balcones Distilling, is giving back to the Waco community by hosting a contact-free drive-thru for free hand sanitizer.
The distillery will be giving away one free 100ml bottle of Balcones-made hand sanitizer with the option to purchase another bottle for $2. They will also be offering an option to buy a bottle of whiskey that comes with five 100 ml bottles of hand sanitizer for free.
The event will be happening Saturday April 18th from 12pm to 6 pm.
Balcones Distillery will have 2,500 bottles of hand sanitizer available for the public. They are located at 225 S. 11th St in Waco.
To ensure the safety of Balcones employees and the community, the sanitizer will be distributed via a contact-free system in the parking lot of the Distillery. Patrons are asked to drive up and remain in their cars. Each Balcones employee participating in the distribution will be required to wear face masks and gloves for protection.
