For the March 4 edition of Central Texas Living Andrea Morgan spoke with Rhonda Nebgen, senior project manager for Emerson Construction and a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
During the interview, Nebgen talked about NAWIC and women in construction week (WIC). WIC week 2019 is recognized March 3 through March 9. NAWIC was founded in Fort Worth in the early 1940s, and the Waco chapter was the 14th chapter that was founded.
