WACO, TX — For the October 21 edition of Central Texas Living Andrea Morgan spoke with Terri Cox, executive director of the Cameron Park Zoological and botanical society.
Monday, October 21 marks the first day of early voting and it runs through November 1. Election Day is November 5. On the ballot, will be a bond election for the expansion of Cameron Park Zoo. This expansion will include a penguin exhibit, a veterinary clinic and an educational complex. This bond is considered “tax-rate neutral,” meaning it will not require a tax increase.
