Formerly known as the Chocolate and Wine Festival, Salado has revamped the traditional event into a more diverse, flavor-filled experience. Each year, the festival will feature a different theme. For 2019, in honor of the past Chocolate and Wine Festival, the theme will be the celebration of chocolate.
