Andrea Morgan spoke with artist David Copher on the March 29 edition of Central Texas Living.
During the first interview, Lapierre talked about some of the artists scheduled to be at the festival. She also talked about the need for more artists to sign up for the festival.
During the second interview, Copher talked about how many years he has participated in the art festival and a little about his own art.
