BELLMEAD, TX — For the September 27 edition of Central Texas Living Ann Harder spoke with Jacoby Kemp and Annise Payne with the stage play "Empty Promises."
The "Empty Promises" stage play was written by Mrs. Kay Bell. The play revolves around the "Empty Promises" that are made everyday in relationships, love and life. The play will hit the stage Sunday, September 29 at 5 p.m. at the Bellmead Civic Center.
