WACO, TX — For the November 5 edition of Central Texas Living Ann Harder spoke with Marilyn Goodman, president of Altrusa International of the Brazos.
The 14th Annual Central Texas Turkey Trot is a 5K/10K run through Cameron Park along the Brazos River sponsored by Altrusa International of the Brazos. There will be a $150 cash prize for first place male and female overall, whole turkeys for first place male and female in each age group and a pumpkin pie for second place male and female in each age group.
You must register for the race by November 8 to be guaranteed a T-shirt in your size.
The Turkey Trot is happening Saturday, November 23 at Brazos Park East.
