BREAKING: Four dead, five injured in Kansas City bar shooting

KANSAS CITY, Kansas — Four people are dead and five are injured after a shooter opened fire at a Kansas bar.

According to a tweet from the Kansas City Police Department, the shooting happened in downtown Kansas City, Kansas.

A spokesperson for the police department says officers were called to the Tequila KC Bar in downtown Kansas City just before 1:30 Sunday morning.

The spokesperson says officers arrived to find 4 people dead and 5 more with injuries.

As of 9:30 Sunday morning, police were still searching for two suspects who, they believe, entered the bar and started shooting.

All of the victims, who were transported to local hospitals in stable condition are Hispanic males.

Investigators said they believe this is an isolated incident and do not feel that it's racially motivated.
