AUSTIN, TX — The Department of Public Safety received a call Monday morning after a security guard found a man's body outside the Texas Workforce Commissions located at the state capitol.
The call came in just after 7:30 am Monday. The man's body was found near the south entrance at 101 E. 15th Street in Downtown Austin.
At this time, DPS was only able to determine it was man's body. Travis County Medical Examiners Office will conduct a full autopsy to rule out foul play and to identify the man further.
The man's identity will not be released until his family is notified.
