NEW BRAUNFELS, TX — A family in New Braunfels is begging for the community's help in finding their lost dog, Molly.

Molly was under the care of a Rover pet sitter when she escaped, according to the family. The pet sitter told the family she went under the fence.

Molly's owner, Dr. Parker, is a University of Texas "Longhorn Hall of Honor" recipient and a veteran of the Air Force.

"Unfortunately Dr. Parker has recently suffered life threatening medical complications," the family said.

He was in the hospital at the time Molly went missing. She went missing on Dec. 16.
