Texas DPS is searching for a 38-year-old man who is wanted for assault family violence, terroristic threat, human smuggling, and failure to register as a sex offender.
Texas DPS said the fugitive, Joaquin Salgado, is believed to be in San Antonio, possibly near the Tesoro Hills area.
