TEAGUE, TX — The Teague Police Department says they were assisting with a welfare concern that was related to a Teague ISD school lockdown.
Teague PD was asked to assist Teague ISD PD with a welfare concern around 8:10 a.m. on Jan. 4.
The lock down was over information being investigated by Teague ISD PD.
"We assisted with the welfare concern and quickly determined there was no threat to public safety, resulting in the lock down being lifted by school officials," said Teague PD.
