State health services is asking families to take part in a survey in order to learn more about services for children with special health care needs.
The Texas Department of State Health Services Maternal and Child Health Section is asking for information in order to give the department "an idea of what needs to be done to better serve children and youth with special health care needs."
Parents and caregivers of children under the age of 18 with special health care needs are eligible for the survey.
