CALDWELL COUNTY, TX — The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing 3-year-old.
They said Javier Soto-mejia was last seen at home in Dale, TX on Feb. 23.
He was last seen wearing a red sweater, blue shirt, blue jeans, and black Nike shoes.
