TRAVIS COUNTY, TX — The Travis County Sheriff's Office has canceled a regional Amber Alert for a 4-year-old boy.
They said that Marsdan Harp was abducted by his mother Celina Harp at 2 p.m. on Dec. 26.
The boy has been located and returned to his father.
The mother runs from police and almost crashes into other vehicles with two young children in the car; yet, risk of harm is no longer substantiated?
