HOUSTON — Houston police said they have located a missing 94-year-old man who was last seen around 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police said they found for Richard Terrell Jennings safe after an overnight search. Jennings had last spoke with a family member by phone and told them he was stuck in traffic along Emancipation Ave.
Police said he appears to be okay, but he is being evaluated.
