Update: The Splendora Police Department has located Shaston Deon Branscum.
He is now in custody at Montgomery County Jail and has been given an additional charge for evading arrest.

Splendora police have been actively searching for a 41-year-old man who is wanted for the sexual assault of a child.
Police said Shaston Deon Branscum, also known as Rammy Branscum, was running from officers. He is believed to be clean-shaven at this time, according to police.
"If you see Branscum, we urge you to contact us immediately!" said police.
