A 10 year old girl was found safe after an Amber Alert was canceled for her on Sunday.
Pilot Point police said 10 year old Halley Boerner was last seen on July 19.
They believed the suspect was 33 year old William Boerner, her father.
Police believed the suspect vehicle was a white GMC pickup truck with a plumbing business logo on the side of the truck.
Both William and Halley were located by law enforcement and the suspect was arrested. Halley was returned home safely.
The Amber Alert was canceled for Halley around 3:40 a.m. on Monday
