HOUSTON, TX — A Houston ISD elementary school teacher is accused of inappropriately touching a kindergartner, according to ABC13.
Court documents say 39-year-old James Alan Bradley, who used to teach at Foster Elementary School, touched a young girl's private parts at school.
The girl told her mother the incident happened in Feb. 2019. The mother reported it to the authorities, according to court documents.
The girl missed a field trip with her regular kindergarten class and was assigned to Bradley's classroom.
She told investigators that Bradley inappropriately touched her "a lot of times," according to court documents.
The girl also told investigators that the incidents "made her feel sad."
Bradley was arrested on Monday and charged with indecency with a child.
