H-E-B serves free meals to first responders, neigbors affected by tornadoes in Dallas

H-E-B's Mobile Kitchen served free meals to first responders, construction workers and neighbors affected by the tornado in the Dallas area on Thursday.

The Dallas Police Department safely escorted the Mobile Kitchen into the Preston Royal Shopping Center. This area was the hardest hit during the tornadoes.

Volunteers will serve meals on the following schedule from Thursday, Oct. 24 until Saturday, Oct. 26.

Central Market will also provide complimentary cleaning supply kits to the first 500 homeowners starting Thursday morning.

Breakfast hours: 8 – 10 a.m.

Lunch hours: Noon – 2 p.m.

Dinner hours: 4 – 6 p.m. (7 p.m. curfew in place)
