Governor Greg Abbott honored 13 Texas Peace Officers that lost their lives in the line of duty on Monday.
The officers lost their lives during the 2019 Texas Peace Officer's Memorial Service at the Texas State Capitol.
Numerous law enforcement agencies, Honor Guards, motor and mounted units and officers from around the state were present.
