This dog’s maternity shoot will have you falling in "puppy love."
A French bulldog from Southeast Texas is glowing as she poses with her "puppy bump" on display in a professional photo shoot.
Cozette, the expecting mother, worked her angles alongside the proud dad, another French bulldog named Boudreaux.
Photographer Cristal Malek snapped the sweet moments in what she says is her first dog maternity photo shoot in 11 years of taking photos in the Houston and El Campo areas.
"Animals are close to my heart, so doing this session was a way for me to show that pets are people too," Malek told "Good Morning America."
The litter of images feature Cozette in a variety of poses, ranging from reading "What to Expect When You're Expecting," to a sweet smooch between the soon to be puppy parents.
Malek said her favorite shot was definitely the "full belly" photo. She added that Cozette was very well behaved and loved the costumes.
"Cozette loves to get dressed up and be fancy. She was just ecstatic. She loved all the different looks,” Malek said
Cozette may have been pregnant, but life was not 'ruff' for this French bulldog.
Last week, she gave birth to three female puppies, and Malek was there again to photograph the newborns.
"When you love to be fabulous, you just go with it. It was her moment," Malek said.
