HOUSTON, TX — A construction worker fell to his death from an overpass in Houston, local media reports.
According to ABC13, the person who died was a contractor for a highway project in south Harris County. The accident happened on the westbound feeder road under the Beltway South and Highway 288.
The man landed over 30 feet below, KPRC said. CPR was performed on the man, but he did not survive the fall.
The area has been shut down for investigation into how the man fell.
