CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — Lions, tigers and… dragons?

The blue dragon is a type of sea slug was found in early May at Padre Island National Seashore.

Generally, they are only 3 cm but don’t let their size fool you, their defense is worthy of their dragon title.

Blue dragons are known to have stinging cells on their body and the Padre Island National Seashore has advised the public to keep their distance if they see this rare find.
