RIVER OAKS, TX — An Amber Alert has been canceled for a missing 4-month-old in River Oaks, TX.
Police believed the child is in grave or immediate danger. The child was found safe 2 hours after the alert was issued.
The suspects in this case are two women, Summer Davidson and Gemma Flores.
Davidson is on crutches with a broken foot.
