Enrique Lou Hernandez was last seen around 8:15 p.m. on May 13 in the 300 block of West Fulton Street in Mathis, Texas.
He is described as 3 feet 11 inches tall, 80 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to be with 22-year-old Stephanie Olivarez. She is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 223 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
She is believed to be driving a red 2002 Dodge Neon with Texas license plate number LDR8421.
