An Amber Alert has canceled for a 2-year-old boy out of League City. He was found safe.
According to the Houston Chronicle, the child, Malakhi Bankhead, was believed to be in danger.
A judge ordered that his parents, Katherine Ulrich, 21, and Cody Bankhead, 24, hand him over to CPS on Wednesday, but that never happened.
