2.6 magnitude earthquake rattles West Texas

LINDSAY, TX — The United States Geological Survey is reporting a 2.6 magnitude earthquake near West Texas.

The USGS says the earthquake struck 6.1 miles west-southwest of Lindsay, Texas and 75.3 miles west-southwest of West Odessa, Texas.

A 3.0 earthquake rattled western Texas on August 16.
