COLLEGE STATION, TX — A 29-year-old College Station man was arrested after police said that he shot toward a man seated in a vehicle.
College Station police said the incident happened on April 11 just before 6 p.m. at an apartment complex located on the 1300 block of Barthelow Drive. Officers had received word from witnesses on the scene that a man had fired a gun in the parking lot of the complex.
Police said that Isiah Childs had fired his gun in the direction of a man sitting in his car. The victim was not injured.
Childs had fled the scene, but later returned.
He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
