Some locations that will experience flooding include Waxahachie, Corsicana, Ennis, Red Oak, Ferris, Palmer, Italy, Blooming Grove, Dawson, Bardwell, Alma, Barry, Rice, Garrett, Frost, Pecan Hill, Retreat, Oak Valley, Emhouse and Mertens.
