Texas A&M cancels Aggie Ring Day; Muster Ceremony to no longer be in-person

COLLEGE STATION, TX — Texas A&M has announced changes and cancellations to Aggie traditions due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Family Weekend 2020 and Aggie Ring Day schedueld for April 17-18 have been canceled. The Marroon & White Game scheduled for April 18 has been canceled. Tickets purchased for the Dueling Pianos event scheduled for April 18 will be refunded.

This year's Campus Muster Ceremony will not be held in-person. The Muster Committee said it is currently exploring collaborative alternative options with The Association of Former Students and the university to ensure Aggies can experience the tradition together safely.

More details will be released as they are finalized in the weeks ahead.
