BRYAN, TX — The Bryan Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man and woman connected to fraudulent charges made at a Bryan H-E-B.
On December 17, 2019, several fraudulent charges were made on a stolen credit car at the H-E-B located on North Texas Avenue.
