KILLEEN, TX — A victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition after found with a gunshot wound on Wednesday.
Killeen police said at 11:06 a.m., a call came in in reference to a shooting victim.
When officers arrived, they found a victim lying in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 404 W Hallmark Ave. suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers started to perform life-saving measures on the victim until paramedics arrived.
The victim was then transported to Darnell Army Medical Center in critical condition.
The scene is still active at this time.
