Two arrested for allegedly robbing Killeen game room at gunpoint

KILLEEN, TX — Two people have been arrested for allegedly robbing a Killeen game room at gunpoint.

Around 8:03 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17, officers responded to the Lucky Treasure Game Room, located at 4302 East Rancier Avenue, for an aggravated robbery.

The victim told officers that an unknown man wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt entered the business with the hood over his head and a mask over his face. The suspect pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money.

The clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Through the investigation, detectives with the Violent Crimes Unit identified two suspects, with one being the getaway driver.

The case was reviewed by the Bell County District Attorney's Office. Complaints were returned charging 40-year-old Franklin Derek Cepeda Camacho and 31-year-old Courtney Michelle Maldonado with aggravated robbery.

The two were located and arrested without incident on Monday, November 30. Both are currently in the Bell County Jail.
