When Temple Police Department Officer Carmen Davila saw a birthday celebration for 9-year-old Reginae, she couldn't miss out.
She showed up with a gift shortly after, and Reginae thanked her with a smile.
"You told me you liked L.O.L. so I went and grabbed all of the L.O.L. stuff that I could find," Davila said to the little girl as she opened her birthday present.
