TEMPLE, TX — Temple Police arrested 45-year-old Deleon Sebastian III on Wednesday for the aggravated assault that took place last weekend.
The arrest follows an investigation by the department’s Criminal Investigations Division.
A warrant was issued for Deleon’s arrest by Justice of Peace G.W. Ivey on June 6.
Officers located Deleon near the 400 block of South 29th Street.
He was taken into custody and transported to Bell County Jail without incident.
He is currently being held on a $4,000 bond.
