Shots fired at Killeen McDonald's after domestic dispute

KILLEEN, TX — Killeen Police are investigating a shooting at a McDonald's stemming from a domestic disturbance.

Killeen Police say they were dispatched to the McDonald's at 1105 S. Ft Hood Street at 4:18 p.m. Sunday in reference to a shots fired call.

Officers were told that a woman and man were involved in a domestic disturbance when the man discharged a weapon towards the vehicle that was occupied by the woman and four children.

Minor injuries were reported from broken glass, according to Killeen Police Officer Ofelia Miramontez.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
