BELL COUNTY — Texas DPS Troopers responded to a report of a two vehicle fatality crash.

A Ford F-150 operated by Thomas Curtis McNeill, 93, of Rogers, was entering US 190 from the Business US 190 yield intersection.

A 2002 Chevrolet Suburban, operated by a 25-year-old male from Caldwell, Texas, was eastbound on US 190 approaching the Ford pick-up.

According to the investigating Trooper, the Ford pick-up failed to yield to oncoming traffic and pulled into the path of the Chevrolet Suburban.

According to the driver of the Chevrolet, he stated he attempted to take evasive action to avoid a collision, but his efforts were to no avail.

The Chevrolet Suburban collided with the rear end of the Ford pick-up.

McNeill was pronounced deceased on scene by Justice of the Peace Ivey.
