TEMPLE, TX — At 12:30 pm Tuesday afternoon, Temple Fire & Rescue responded to the report of a structure fire at 2807 W. Adams Ave, at the Lucky 7 Sweepstakes in the United Plaza.
Upon arrival, fire crews found heavy smoke coming from the facility.
Temple Fire & Rescue quickly extinguished a small fire inside the structure and used fans to assist in ventilating the smoke from the building.
No injuries are reported with this incident at this time.
Temple Fire & Rescue responded with 9 units and 20 firefighting personnel. Also on the scene was Temple Police Department and Temple EMS.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
