KILLEEN, TX — The Killeen Police Department is investigating after a 22-year-old man was found shot to death in a parking lot.
KPD says around 6:32 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2020, officers were dispatched to the 2900 block of Lake Road for a shots fired call.
When officers arrived, they found an unresponsive man in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim, identified as 22-year-old Terrance Darnell Iles, was pronounced dead by Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke at the Scene.
JP Cooke ordered an autopsy to be performed at the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences in Dallas.
