KILLEEN, TX — Killeen Police say they are investigating a murder after a man was found shot dead on his porch.
The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Teckla Domesca of Killeen.
Police say they were called on Feb. 11 to the 1000 block of Cedar Drive on a medical call.
A caller advised that there was an individual not moving near the front porch of the residence.
Upon officer’s arrival, they found that the victim suffered from a gunshot wound.
Justice of the Peace Daryl Peters pronounced the victim deceased at 10:11 PM.
He ordered an autopsy to be performed at the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences in Dallas.
Police say identification of the victim is being held pending notification of next of kin
