FORT HOOD, TX — 'Tis the season at III Corps Headquarters!

On Dec. 3, III Corps and Fort Hood will host a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:15 p.m. to kick off the holiday season here.

Lt. Gen. Pat White, III Corps and Fort Hood commanding general, will preside over the ceremony. Anyone with a military identification card is invited

Following the Christmas tree lighting, families will be given the chance to take a photo with Santa! From a safe social distance. Free hot cocoa, pizza, and plenty of holiday cookies, all donated by local businesses, will be served too.

The Christmas tree will remain on display until Jan. 6.
