TEMPLE, TX — Temple Fire and Rescue responded to an early morning fire on East Dr. that left 8 people displaced.
Early this morning, fire crews responded to the report of a structure fire at 3809 East Dr.
Upon arrival, crews found smoke coming from the structure, according to Temple Fire and Rescue.
The residence sustained significant damage to the exterior and the attic.
There were no reported injuries, and all occupants were able to evacuate the house before the fire department arrived.
The fire has displaced the 8 occupants (5 adults, and 3 children) that were living in the house, according to Temple Fire.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation at this time.
Temple Fire and Rescue responded with 5 apparatus, and 14 personnel. Also on scene were Temple Police Dept, and Temple EMS.
