TEMPLE, TX — Firefighters were able to put out a fire that broke out at the Cargill Turkey Production plant in Temple.
Temple Fire & Rescue says around 5:19 p.m., crews were dispatched to 251 Berger Road in Temple for report of a structure fire.
When crews arrived, they saw smoke coming from one of the material hoppers on the west side of the plant.
Fifteen employees were in the plant at the time of the fire. All made it out of the facility without injury.
Firefighters had the fire under control at 6:43 p.m.
