Bell County Public Health District lowers COVID-19 threat level to 'minimal, controlled transmission'

The Bell County Public Health District has lowered its COVID-19 threat level to "Threat Level 4: Minimal, Controlled Transmission."

The decision was made following a 14-day "generally flat trend" in coronavirus cases.

Health officials are encouraging the community to continue to exercise caution.
